OUR PROCESS


CLIENT

We follow three (3) key processes with Clients. Onboarding, Training and Quarterly review and refinement.

SALES

Our sales team follows a process based sales approach that is a hybrid of the Challenger Sale, Gap and Value Selling. All are customer centric methodologies that build value in the sale.

MARKETING

Creating more opportunities for more exposure includes evaluating partnerships. Attending industry events and seeking the best cost share arrangements.

CONTRACT OVERVIEW


Our agreements are designed to be flexible and focused. Bringing all the components to make managing sales transparent and reportable.

TERM

Monthly Fee, can be as short as a month, or as long as a year with automatic renewals

COMMISSION

Commissions based on successful sales. These survive the term of the agreement in terms of invoicing

BONUSES

Performance based bonuses based on customer criteria. For example, a bonus for achieving a certain number of new clients in a quarter.

CRM

We offer two options, we can use our own in house CRM in house and provide reporting. Option 2 we know several other CRM platforms and can use your own in house CRM. We are familiar with SugarCRM, Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce and Pipeliner CRM.

HIRE AWAY

In the course of working with us, you will get to know some of our professionals. If you should choose to engage in hiring them full time to your team, all we ask is that you notify us and pay a hire away flat fee.

EXPO SHARE

Attending industry events can be an excellent way of connecting with prospective clients. The costs can be extraordinary, we provide a means to share booth space and many of the associated costs and still reap the benefit of the event.
